Automation & Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Automation & Business Intelligence Specialist to streamline operations, automate repetitive workflows, and create powerful reporting dashboards for our business units. The role focuses on designing scalable automations, integrating systems, leveraging AI agents, and turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, consolidating data from CRMs, LMS platforms, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, and other operational systems.
• Automate repetitive business processes using workflow automation tools and AI‑powered agents, covering operations, customer support, reporting, scheduling, lead management, and internal productivity.
• Integrate systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms, building internal tools that reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with departments to identify pain points, propose scalable automation solutions, and document workflows and reporting structures.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve process visibility with alerts and automated notifications.

Required profile

• Experience building AI‑powered internal tools or assistants.
• Background working with CRMs, LMS platforms, HR or operational management systems.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Experience in education, EdTech, SaaS, or service‑based businesses preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑project management skills.
