Growth Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Operator to drive outbound and multi‑channel growth for two B2B SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and SalesRoleplay.app. You will own pipeline generation across cold email, LinkedIn outreach, paid amplification, and intent‑driven plays while managing a small offshore contractor bench.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run multi‑channel outbound campaigns using cold‑email tools (GoHighLevel, Smartlead, Instantly) and LinkedIn tools (HeyReach).
• Launch intent‑driven outreach triggered by hiring signals, funding events, or tech‑stack changes.
• Conduct prospect intelligence through LinkedIn scraping, job‑board signal mining, and enrichment with Apollo and Hunter.
• Execute partnership outreach campaigns across CRM and sales‑tech adjacent products.
• Manage paid amplification campaigns on Instagram and Google Search.
• Brief, manage, and quality‑assure a 3‑to‑5 person offshore contractor bench.
• Maintain reporting hygiene via Linear and weekly Discord updates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing outbound or growth campaigns for B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience with intent‑data plays (job‑board signals, funding triggers, tech‑stack changes).
• Experience managing offshore contractors through communication tools such as WhatsApp, Slack, or Loom.
• Familiarity with sales‑tech, RevOps, or customer‑facing software categories.
• Daily use of AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex) within the last 90 days.
• Working knowledge of Git and GitHub (clone, branch, commit, push, PR).
