Head of Amazon Operations

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to own and scale our Amazon marketplace operations across an eCommerce incubator that manages eight brands and generates nearly $100 M in annual revenue. This full‑time remote contractor position reports directly to the founders and will drive growth from $20 M to $100 M+ on Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable systems supporting hundreds of SKUs and $100 M+ revenue.
• Launch new DTC products on Amazon and Walmart, scaling them to #1 best‑seller status.
• Systematize PPC management, account health, shipment creation, and listings processes.
• Train and lead a global execution team, collaborating closely with supply‑chain partners.
• Oversee marketplace expansion, flat‑file catalog uploads, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of Amazon operations generating at least $20 M annually.
• Direct oversight of both operations and marketing functions.
• Deep expertise in Amazon FBA, including catalog uploads, shipment creation, and account health troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated success in Amazon PPC to achieve #1 category rankings.
