Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of our clients’ pay‑per‑click campaigns across major digital platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results and improve return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end PPC campaigns: keyword research, ad creation, bid management and budget allocation.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to increase click‑through rates, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Conduct in‑depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy and extensions.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages and other elements.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and report on key performance metrics.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with designers, developers and content creators to achieve campaign goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are a plus.
• Proven success managing eCommerce and services‑industry campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
