Hotel Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of Grand Islamabad Hotel/Havana Terraces, ensuring seamless service across all departments while working remotely. This role is pivotal in maintaining high guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and facility management teams (20 staff members).
• Implement process‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor quality‑assurance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage hospitality management software, property management systems (PMS) and maintenance management tools.
• Prepare and control operational budgets, resource allocation and performance metrics.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance throughout the property.
• Facilitate communication between departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct training, performance evaluations and address operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in hotel operations or similar hospitality roles.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of around 20 employees.
• Strong ability to drive performance, foster teamwork and maintain high service standards.
