HSE/Fire & Safety Officer

About the role

Denim-E is seeking a dedicated HSE/Fire & Safety Officer to join its denim manufacturing and export facility in Karachi. The role focuses on maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations, and supporting emergency preparedness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification across the plant.
• Perform regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to ensure HSE compliance.
• Prepare and submit accurate incident reports in a timely manner.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and procedures.
• Monitor and mitigate potential risks while adhering to HSE standards.
• Maintain comprehensive HSE records, reports, and documentation.

Required profile

• Knowledge of HSE regulations and fire safety standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Experience in preparing incident reports and emergency plans.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
