CCTV Surveillance Officer (Rotational Shifts)

About the role

Jamil's Restaurant is seeking a diligent CCTV Surveillance Officer to monitor security video feeds across its premises. The role involves continuous observation, rapid incident detection, and accurate reporting to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live video feeds using Video Management Software (VMS) to identify suspicious activities.
• Operate and maintain Hikvision and Dahua CCTV hardware and software, reporting any technical issues.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in clear English and maintain accurate security logs.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations by safeguarding recorded footage.
• Collaborate with security personnel and management to escalate and respond to incidents.
• Perform regular system checks and assist in training new monitoring officers.

Required profile

• Minimum intermediate education.
• At least two years of experience in CCTV monitoring, preferably in restaurant or retail settings.
• Strong communication skills in English and basic computer proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hikvision surveillance systems.
• Proficiency with Dahua surveillance systems.
• Experience using Video Management Software (VMS).
• Basic computer skills for report generation.
