HTML & CSS Developer (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HTML & CSS Developer to work remotely on an hourly‑paid basis. You will review AI‑generated code, UI layouts and technical explanations, and create high‑quality reference implementations that help improve AI models used by developers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by writing detailed prompts and reference answers for HTML/CSS topics.
• Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve semantic correctness, accessibility, responsiveness and visual fidelity.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations and ensure reliability across real‑world UI use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building production UIs with semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Expert‑level proficiency in CSS layout (Flexbox, Grid) and responsive patterns.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, WCAG) and browser behavior.
• Experience with CSS maintainability techniques such as BEM, design tokens and theming.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
