Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Full Stack Engineer with strong Node.js and React expertise to review AI‑generated code, system designs, and technical explanations. You will produce high‑quality reference implementations and step‑by‑step reasoning for complex engineering problems on an hourly paid contractor basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and reference answers for full‑stack topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and improve AI responses for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Test AI outputs for inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations and validate reliability in real‑world scenarios.
• Identify issues in API design, authentication/authorization, data modeling, React rendering/state, async/concurrency, error handling, testing, and observability.
• Fact‑check technical information and write clear explanations that demonstrate best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building production web applications with Node.js back‑ends and React front‑ends.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both back‑end and front‑end codebases.
• Experience designing and operating data layers using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of authentication flows (sessions, JWT, OAuth/OIDC) and security best practices.
• Commitment to a strong testing culture with unit, integration, and E2E testing.
