About the role
We are looking for a Human Resource Administrative Assistant to support our HR team in day‑to‑day operations. You will play a key part in maintaining personnel records, assisting with onboarding and off‑boarding, and ensuring smooth communication between HR, payroll, and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
- Organize and maintain personnel files, enter new‑hire data, and keep records up to date.
- Prepare HR documents such as new‑hire guides, employment contracts, and policy updates.
- Assist recruiters and HR staff with onboarding, off‑boarding, and employee changes.
- Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and liaise with insurance vendors.
- Partner with payroll to supply accurate employee information on leaves, overtime, and schedules.
- Gather and analyze HR metrics, including attrition rates.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in‑person.
- High level of confidentiality when handling employee data.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Experience as an HR coordinator, relevant administrative experience, or recent graduate from a Human Resources program.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
