Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations across our Islamabad locations. The role will manage the full employee lifecycle, drive engagement initiatives, and apply data‑driven practices to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including performance management, development, and exits.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with company standards.
• Partner with business units and leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.
• Resolve HR queries promptly and maintain smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution confidentially and fairly.
• Design and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Support programs that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
• Monitor, track, and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance trends.
• Provide actionable insights to management for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Identify improvement areas and implement continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR operations, policies, and employee relations.
• Experience handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work across multiple locations (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
