Workforce Onboarding and Compliance Officer

About the role

Frontline Social Care Ltd, part of Aetheria Group, is seeking a Workforce Onboarding and Compliance Officer to join its Islamabad team. This hands‑on, governance‑focused position ensures that recruitment for Ofsted‑registered children’s residential homes in the UK meets the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end pre‑employment safer recruitment checks for all staff destined for UK children’s homes.
• Verify that all documentation complies with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Children Act, and related safeguarding legislation.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence to satisfy inspection standards.
• Collaborate daily with UK colleagues to align onboarding processes with UK regulatory timelines.
• Report compliance status to the Head of Workforce Onboarding and Compliance (UK) and the Senior Workforce Officer (Pakistan).

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a complex regulated environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn UK child‑protection regulations quickly.
