About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with extensive experience supporting the US market remotely. The successful candidate will lead HR operations, ensure compliance with US labor regulations, and drive employee engagement across a distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR operations aligned with US market practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws such as FMLA, FLSA, and EEO.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures consistent with US employment standards.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and remote hiring across multiple US states.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee performance management and career development planning.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, payroll collaboration, and leave management.
  • Support DEI initiatives and partner with leadership on organizational development.
  • Utilize HRIS and digital tools to maintain accurate employee records and analytics.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3‑5 years focused on the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proven experience managing remote, distributed teams across multiple US locations.
