IT Functional Relationship Manager – Finance & HR

About the role

As an IT Functional Relationship Manager you will be the single point of contact for Finance, Legal and HR business units, translating their needs into technology solutions that align with Nestlé’s global standards. You will work closely with regional and global teams to deliver, support and retire IT services that add measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Legal and HR stakeholders to understand and prioritize IT requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear, actionable IT deliverables.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle from ideation through delivery, support and retirement.
• Coordinate with global and regional IT teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Lead change‑management activities, communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data‑security standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor user satisfaction and drive continuous improvement of digital maturity.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in IT business partnering or relationship management, preferably in a large enterprise or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Legal and HR processes and their digital transformation needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Proven track record in project delivery, portfolio management and change enablement.
• Analytical mindset focused on delivering business value.
