Technical Project Coordinator

About the role

Dubizzle Labs is expanding its engineering office in Pakistan and seeks a Technical Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects across multiple markets. You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams while learning Agile development and technical project management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Support definition of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays, and maintain documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate team coordination, follow‑ups on tasks, and resolve cross‑team dependencies.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate project updates and action items to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to documentation, process, and quality standards.
• Continuously learn project management tools, methodologies, and technical workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in project coordination, software development, or a related area.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn Agile methodologies and technical project management practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, web/mobile applications, or system workflows is a plus.
