Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our software company in Lahore. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through online freelance platforms and direct client engagement, while acting as a bridge between clients and our development team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour, LinkedIn and direct client interactions.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the development team and ensure alignment throughout the project.
• Monitor developers to guarantee they adhere to client specifications and deliver high‑quality results on time.
• Receive tasks from developers and coordinate timely delivery to clients.
• Provide top‑notch customer service by regularly following up with clients.
• Generate leads, create tailored proposals, and continuously improve business processes.
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Negotiate competitive quotations and close deals.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of business development experience in the software industry.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and IT terminology.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both development and client teams.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Bidding and proposal creation on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour and LinkedIn.
• Lead generation and market research.
