About the role
PTCL Group is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead enterprise solutions sales in the South region of Pakistan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing key customer relationships, and delivering high‑quality ICT and telecom services.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve zonal enterprise sales revenue targets and contribute to overall growth of Enterprise Solutions.
- Develop and expand the business development pipeline to sustain sales momentum.
- Promote B2B revenue through new offerings such as Cloud, Microsoft, ICT, and Managed Services.
- Manage receivables to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow.
- Renew and revise customer contracts promptly to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Identify and acquire new key customers, securing large ICT projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing.
- Proven sales experience in ICT or telecom markets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and relationships with IT, Procurement, and Admin departments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
