Manager - Strategy & PMO

About the role

The Manager - Strategy & PMO will support the Head of PMO‑Enterprise Solutions in driving strategic priorities, enterprise‑wide transformation programmes and executive governance. Acting as the central coordination hub, the role ensures alignment, accountability and timely execution across Business Units, Corporate Functions and Executive Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and track strategic initiatives sponsored by the President and Executive Leadership Team, creating project plans, governance structures and success metrics.
• Prepare executive dashboards, strategic presentations and briefing materials; coordinate leadership reviews, steering committees and business reviews.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across Business Units, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Regulatory and Corporate Functions, resolving dependencies and execution challenges.
• Maintain centralized tracking of strategic projects, support weekly governance forums and ensure consistent reporting standards.
• Support enterprise transformation programmes, conduct research and benchmarking, and lead ad‑hoc high‑priority assignments requiring executive‑level coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5‑8 years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, Corporate Planning, Consulting or Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional initiatives and engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in telecom, technology, consulting or large enterprises is preferred.
