Lead Generation Caller (Cold Calling)

About the role

A confident, results-driven Lead Generation Caller is sought to generate business opportunities through outbound cold calling, engage international prospects, qualify leads and connect potential clients with the sales team. The position is based on site at NASTP in Karachi, working the 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM shift, with a salary of PKR 150,000 to 200,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's outsourcing services.
• Identify potential customers through lead lists, online research and databases.
• Assess prospects' business needs and qualify leads based on interest and suitability.
• Build rapport, handle objections professionally and keep prospects engaged.
• Follow up with interested prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead details and follow-ups in the CRM, and track lead status and update contact databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or outbound business development.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner.
• Willingness to work US business hours and target Texas and other markets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, lead databases and sales tracking tools.
• Persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
