Assistant (Trainee BPO) - Sales Floor Supervisor

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal with over 200 professionals, is hiring an Assistant Head of Department Trainee at its Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14 branch in Karachi. The role sits alongside the Sales Head of Department: first months of observation and learning, then supervising the department in the HOD's absence. Most trainee roles end in a certificate; this one ends in a leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Months 1 to 4: work closely with the HOD, observing and learning daily operations, team management, reporting and floor supervision.
• After the phase: supervise the department in the HOD's absence and support the HOD in day-to-day management.

Required profile

• Confident, conversational English, spoken and written.
• A confident leadership presence and the ability to give clear instructions to a team.
• Responsible, reliable attitude and a genuine interest in a long-term career with one organisation.
• Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of computers, MS Office and Excel.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 35,000 to 40,000 per month, plus a PKR 3,000 attendance allowance.
• Incentive and commission added after the phase, once assessed as ready.
• Permanent employment with a defined path to promotion.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, fully on-site.
