About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Lead Sales Representative to join our remote team based in Karachi. In this position you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and drive sales performance against targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through cold calling and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market research and trend analysis.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing or lead generation, preferably in B2B environments.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); neutral or US English accent preferred.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stable high‑speed internet connection, power backup and a quiet professional workspace.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
