Lead Software Engineer (Senior) – Full-Stack Mobile & Web

About the role
We are looking for two senior/lead software engineers to design and deliver a high‑concurrency, real‑time data platform that spans mobile and web. The UI/UX concepts and system architecture are already defined; you will turn them into a production‑ready engine, define core geospatial algorithms, and build the syncing and dashboard layers.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement the backend geospatial processing, real‑time streaming, and low‑latency mobile sync frameworks.
- Develop cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) location services.
- Create responsive merchant dashboards with React.js/Next.js or Vue.js, integrating real‑time visualizations.
- Design and maintain spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Redis Geo, MongoDB) and indexing strategies (H3, Quadtree).
- Build event‑driven pipelines using WebSockets, gRPC, MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis Pub/Sub.
- Lead the engineering team: interview, hire, mentor, and allocate tasks.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience delivering production‑grade, high‑throughput systems.
- Strong background in mobile and web full‑stack development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow engineering teams.
