About the role

We are looking for two senior/lead software engineers to design and deliver a high‑concurrency, real‑time data platform that spans mobile and web. The UI/UX concepts and system architecture are already defined; you will turn them into a production‑ready engine, define core geospatial algorithms, and build the syncing and dashboard layers.

Key responsibilities

Architect and implement the backend geospatial processing, real‑time streaming, and low‑latency mobile sync frameworks.
Develop cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) location services.
Create responsive merchant dashboards with React.js/Next.js or Vue.js, integrating real‑time visualizations.
Design and maintain spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Redis Geo, MongoDB) and indexing strategies (H3, Quadtree).
Build event‑driven pipelines using WebSockets, gRPC, MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis Pub/Sub.
Lead the engineering team: interview, hire, mentor, and allocate tasks.

Required profile

Proven senior‑level experience delivering production‑grade, high‑throughput systems.
Strong background in mobile and web full‑stack development.
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow engineering teams.
