Manager NOC Core Transport Network Integration & Support

About the role

The Manager NOC Core Transport Network Integration & Support will lead the NOC Back Office functions to ensure continuous, reliable network operations across PTCL's core, transmission, and IP domains. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end system monitoring, configuration management, and OSS data integrity while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all NOC Back Office activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
• Maintain uninterrupted network operations through proactive monitoring and rapid issue resolution.
• Coordinate centralized configuration management and guarantee OSS data accuracy.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses, produce detailed RCA reports, and implement remedial actions.
• Provide real‑time visibility of network alarms, complaints, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance network efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in telecom network operations, transport infrastructure, or technology strategy.
• Strong understanding of optical transport networks and related transmission technologies.

Required skills

• Optical Transport Networks (DWDM, OTN, PTN, SDH)
• Core transport protocols such as MPLS‑TP and GMPLS
• Network architecture and transport topology design
