Manager, People Experience – Talent Management & Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a highly‑driven Manager, People Experience to join foodpanda’s Pakistan team. In this role you will design and deliver a seamless, employee‑centric experience across the entire employee lifecycle, aligning workplace initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives, including celebrations, town‑halls, and team‑building events, while managing budgets, vendors and logistics.
• Coordinate learning and training programs, handling logistics, communications, vendor management and tracking participation and effectiveness.
• Administer health and life insurance programmes, acting as primary liaison between employees and providers and ensuring accurate payments.
• Enhance the employee journey by gathering feedback, improving onboarding, and conducting structured exit interviews.
• Oversee employee benefits, wellness programmes, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, internal communications and other operational touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an individual contributor who can work independently and collaborate closely with senior management.
• Experience in HR or people‑experience functions, preferably within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Based in Pakistan and able to report to the Head of People.
