About the role
Tekboox is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its Lahore office on a night‑shift schedule. You will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth across BPO and IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal standards.
- Design, track, and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance.
- Manage employee grievances and ensure timely, professional resolution.
- Handle employee relations, negotiations, and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Create and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations.
- Oversee accurate payroll processing and attendance management.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities as needed and support onboarding processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands‑on HR Generalist experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with HR software, preferably FlowHCM.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
