Marketing Intern – Lead Generation & Partner Onboarding

About the role

Join Ontrip, a fast‑growing travel marketplace in Pakistan, as a Marketing Intern focused on lead generation and partner onboarding. You will work directly with the founder, helping to build the pipeline of tour and Umrah operators across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Research and compile lead lists of travel companies, both international and domestic, in Lahore, Karachi and across Pakistan.
• Contact operators via WhatsApp, phone, email and LinkedIn to present Ontrip’s platform.
• Follow up interested operators, gather trip details (dates, prices, inclusions, photos) and assist them in creating listings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date tracker of leads, conversations and onboarding status.
• Report weekly on outreach metrics and share operator feedback with the product team.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
• Fluent communicator in Urdu and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable making professional calls and messages to business owners.
• Organised, persistent and strong at follow‑up.
• Based in Lahore or Karachi.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
