Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing technology, CRM, and analytics infrastructure. Reporting to the CMO, you will ensure data quality, compliance, and seamless collaboration between marketing and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee lead and account data management, enrichment, and database integrity.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to other data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with sales on list uploads, lead management, and routing models.
• Own the end‑to‑end marketing technology stack, including vendor assessment and optimization.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for marketing systems.
• Manage reporting, analytics, and attribution models to measure campaign ROI.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing operations team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with a marketing automation tool, preferably HubSpot.
• At least two years of experience managing a team.
• Proven ability to work closely with sales and cross‑functional departments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
