Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Marketing Specialist to design and execute digital campaigns for an international business expanding its online presence. This fully remote position works closely with leadership, sales, and creative teams to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising channels.
• Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social platforms.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimise campaigns using analytics tools.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives and collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates.
• Schedule and manage social media posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
• Assist with brand positioning, messaging, and customer‑engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external partners.
• Track KPIs and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain CRM and marketing‑automation workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital, growth, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid ads.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with international teams or clients is a plus.
