About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Amazon Seller Central Account Manager to manage and optimise our Amazon marketplace presence. The role is remote, operating from Lahore while aligning with UK business hours (9 AM‑5 PM).
Key responsibilities
- Create, update and optimise product listings with accurate content, keywords and images to boost visibility and sales.
- Monitor inventory levels daily, preventing stock‑outs or excess stock.
- Track account health metrics, address policy violations, suppressions and errors promptly.
- Prepare detailed appeals for account suspensions or listing removals and liaise with Amazon support.
- Analyse marketplace performance data to identify trends and recommend growth strategies.
- Communicate regularly on account status, performance and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with supply‑chain and marketing teams to align inventory with promotional activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts independently.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work remotely within UK business hours.
