Medical Device Sales Manager – Peshawar

About the role

The client, Iqbal & Company, a Shariah‑compliant importer and supplier of medical devices and surgical disposables, is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales / Business Account Manager for its Peshawar operations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing tender processes, and expanding market share for a range of medical‑device products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to sustainable revenue growth.
• Plan, prepare and manage tender activities from pre‑tender stage through project completion.
• Maintain and grow market share for assigned products across cardiac surgery, vascular access, dialysis, interventional radiology and intensive care.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in customer accounts, negotiate and close agreements under supervision.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and ensure timely receivables follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the medical‑devices field, excluding pharmaceutical background.
• Proven track record in medical‑device sales, tender handling, account management and target achievement.
• Willingness to travel in the field and engage directly with customers.
• Alignment with the client’s Shariah‑compliant values of honesty, sincerity and truthfulness.
