About the role

The National Communications Consultant will support the SPAR6C (Supporting Preparedness for Article 6 Cooperation) programme in Pakistan. The role focuses on communication activities that promote the development of Article 6 carbon‑market pilots and private‑sector engagement in NDC implementation.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the design and dissemination of communication materials for the SPAR6C programme.
Support coordination with project partners including UNEP‑CCC, GFA Consulting Group and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination.

Required profile

Experience in communications within climate‑change or environmental programmes.
Familiarity with international climate frameworks such as the Paris Agreement and Article 6.
