National Communications Consultant – SPAR6C (Pakistan)

About the role
The National Communications Consultant will support the SPAR6C (Supporting Preparedness for Article 6 Cooperation) programme in Pakistan. The role focuses on communication activities that promote the development of Article 6 carbon‑market pilots and private‑sector engagement in NDC implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the design and dissemination of communication materials for the SPAR6C programme.
- Support coordination with project partners including UNEP‑CCC, GFA Consulting Group and the Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination.
Required profile
- Experience in communications within climate‑change or environmental programmes.
- Familiarity with international climate frameworks such as the Paris Agreement and Article 6.
