Operations & Compliance Officer

About the role

Jeeny is seeking an Operations & Compliance Officer to manage and maintain driver data across its platforms. The role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend the Karachi office one day per week for KPI reporting and performance reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Enter driver documentation data accurately into designated databases from paper, spreadsheet, and digital sources.
• Verify entries for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain and update driver records, correcting discrepancies to ensure high data quality.
• Organise both paper and digital documents for easy retrieval and secure storage.
• Generate basic reports and summaries as requested by management.
• Ensure data entry complies with company standards, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and support other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or high‑school diploma (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations data management, compliance, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑motivated and organised.
• Excellent typing speed and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with data entry software.
