Operations Manager

About the role

TDS Direct Support helps organisations manage operational complexity and improve efficiency through business and technology solutions, combining operational expertise with digital transformation, AI, automation and business support services. It is looking for an Operations Manager to join on site in Lahore. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who takes ownership, keeps things moving and holds the team to a standard.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office and team operations
• Coordinate workflows across technical and business teams
• Maintain documentation, track progress and report to leadership
• Identify gaps in process and fix them
• Keep the shift running smoothly, with nothing falling through the cracks

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or project coordination
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or equivalent experience
• Background in a tech or fast-paced services environment is a plus
• Based in Lahore, available onsite full-time
