ISO Implementation Expert

About the role

Mediland Pakistan is looking for an ISO Implementation Expert to plan, implement and maintain ISO standards and related quality management systems across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The role works with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes and sustain continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses and develop policies and procedures
• Coordinate documentation to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards
• Train staff on ISO requirements
• Lead internal audits and support corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor performance metrics to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Proven experience with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001 or similar) and quality management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Healthcare Administration or a related field; ISO implementation certifications are an advantage
• Experience in software implementation and ISO-related systems deployment in a corporate or healthcare setting
• Ability to work systematically, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Familiarity with documentation control tools
• Proficiency in common office software such as MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills
