Order Booker (TSO) – Sales Representative in Gulshan Town

About the role

Maxron Lubricants is looking for dynamic Order Bookers (TSO) to expand its market presence across Pakistan. You will generate sales, nurture retailer relationships, and promote the company’s lubricant portfolio in the Gulshan Town area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and retailers within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell lubricants to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
• Stay up‑to‑date on the product portfolio and communicate benefits effectively.
• Collect market feedback and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate timely order placement and delivery with the distribution team.
• Report sales progress and activities regularly to the sales manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or order booking; experience in the lubricants industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong persuasion, problem‑solving and independent work skills.
• Basic computer and record‑keeping proficiency.
• Familiarity with the Gulshan Town or Karachi area is preferred.
