Outbound Call Centre Agent – Full‑time (Islamabad)

About the role

Upskill Training Services is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Centre Agent to join its Islamabad office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage prospective clients over the phone, understand their needs and present suitable solutions that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and qualify leads.
• Listen actively to client requirements and respond with appropriate product or service information.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all interactions in the company system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and support business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
• Customer‑service orientation and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer proficiency for documenting and updating client information.
• Sales and negotiation aptitude with a focus on meeting targets.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Previous call‑centre or sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or business are advantageous.
