Remote Recruitment Caller

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruitment Caller to help our talent acquisition team connect with candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and arrange interviews. This fully remote position operates during U.S. business hours and offers a stable full‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and introduce them to open positions.
• Conduct basic qualification and screening interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers and keep the interview calendar up to date.
• Record all candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
• Meet daily call volume and recruitment activity targets.
• Provide regular hiring updates and follow‑up communications.
• Support overall recruiting operations and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong phone communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume calling environment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience in a call‑center or recruiting setting is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a functional computer setup.
