Outbound Calling Specialist (US Campaign)

About the role

Join ABS International as an Outbound Calling Specialist and drive sales for a US‑based campaign. You will engage both cold prospects and existing US customers, using a live US CRM system to generate and close revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold leads, qualify them, and convert them into customers.
• Re‑engage warm leads, strengthen relationships, and close sales.
• Meet structured daily and monthly targets within a high‑performance call‑center environment.
• Maintain accurate records in the US CRM and use the dialer system efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English for daily US‑facing conversations.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, BPO, or call‑center environments is strongly preferred.
• Self‑managed, commercially driven and able to perform consistently under pressure.
• Approach difficult calls analytically, treating them as data rather than obstacles.
