Outbound Sales Representative

About the role
ABS International is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join its US‑facing team in Karachi. You will contact warm leads and existing US customers, reactivate their interest, manage follow‑up conversations and close qualified opportunities. All contacts already know the brand, so no cold calling is required.
Key responsibilities
- Make structured outbound calls to warm leads and existing US customers.
- Reactivate interest, handle follow‑up discussions and move prospects toward closure.
- Operate daily within a live US CRM system used by sales and logistics teams.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written English; daily communication with US customers.
- Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO or call‑center environments preferred; self‑directed and commercially minded candidates thrive.
