Outbound Cold Calling Executive (B2B) – Onsite

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Cold Calling Executive with hands‑on experience in outbound B2B calling. The role involves high‑volume calls to US‑based business decision‑makers to generate meetings and qualified leads for technology‑focused products.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects.
• Speak with business owners, managers, directors and other decision‑makers.
• Introduce the company’s products/services clearly and confidently.
• Identify relevant business needs before progressing the conversation.
• Follow approved scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone.
• Handle common objections without sounding overly scripted.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and book meetings/demos.
• Conduct timely follow‑up calls and manage call dispositions.
• Maintain accurate prospect notes and work with CRM, dialer and lead‑list tools.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, qualified leads and meetings, and provide feedback on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Previous practical experience in cold calling, outbound telesales or appointment setting.
• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional communication.
• Confidence speaking with US‑based business prospects and comfortable making a large number of calls daily.
• Ability to quickly build rapport, handle objections and stay motivated despite rejection.
• Good listening skills and ability to adapt conversations based on prospect responses.
• Basic understanding of lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance KPIs.
• Good computer and data‑entry skills; ability to maintain accurate call notes.
• Reliable, disciplined, punctual and consistent, with availability to work calling hours suitable for international (especially US) prospects.
