Panadol and Advil Marketing Manager (MEA)

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Panadol and Advil brands across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will lead the deployment of global strategies and drive brand growth through consumer‑focused insights and effective promotional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt strategic direction for the brands, grounded in consumer and customer insights.
• Lead annual market activation planning focused on 3‑year growth drivers and manage cross‑functional brand teams.
• Own the brand P&L, delivering sales and profit targets while managing the marketing budget.
• Mentor junior marketing associates and ensure successful localization of global toolkits.
• Drive innovation strategy and manage agency and cross‑functional relationships at local and global levels.
• Collaborate with sales to enhance customer engagement and in‑store support, and track performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of brand marketing experience in Consumer Products or OTC.
• Proven ability to deliver insight‑based consumer communications and grow brand share.
• Experience with large‑scale new product launches and working in a matrix organization.
• Strong financial acumen and business sense.
