Performance Media Specialist

About the role

IO Digital (Perform1) is looking for a Performance Media Specialist who thrives on data‑driven campaigns and innovative targeting. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of paid media initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse audience data to define the most effective targeting strategies.
• Develop, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter and other ad networks.
• Manage ad spend efficiently to maximise return on investment.
• Continuously track performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and adjust tactics.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
• Stay current with performance‑marketing trends and apply best practices to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Contribute to new‑business pitches with data‑backed strategies and detailed plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably managing in‑house performance campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices.
