Pharmacy Sales Head

About the role

Naeem Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Sales Head to lead the pharmacy sales team, oversee daily operations, and ensure accurate medication management. The role requires strong leadership, proficiency with pharmacy software, and the ability to maintain seamless workflow within a hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage pharmacy sales staff and support personnel.
• Monitor daily pharmacy operations to guarantee smooth workflow.
• Maintain precise medicine stock records and handle inventory management.
• Oversee purchasing, stock verification, expiry monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure proper dispensing, billing procedures, and compliance with SOPs.
• Operate pharmacy software and keep computerized records up to date.
• Coordinate with hospital management on stock shortages and pharmacy needs.
• Train staff on customer service, SOPs, and best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and regulatory compliance within the pharmacy.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and stock reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in pharmacy sales or pharmacy management.
• Proven leadership and staff‑handling abilities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Preference for candidates with hospital pharmacy experience.
