Reception Staff – Hospital Front Desk

About the role
Rabia Trust Hospital in Faisalabad is seeking professional, patient‑friendly reception staff to join its front‑desk team. The role involves greeting patients, handling registrations, and supporting the outpatient department. Immediate start with rotational shifts is required.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and guide patients and visitors
- Register patients and manage their records
- Schedule appointments and handle follow‑ups
- Answer phone calls and respond to front‑desk queries
- Coordinate with OPD, billing, and clinical staff
- Maintain the reception area and manage queues
Required profile
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent education
- Good communication skills in Urdu and English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work rotational and night shifts
- Polite, patient‑friendly attitude
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinic is preferred
