About the role
We are seeking a service‑driven, customer‑focused Product Support Associate to join Contour’s team supporting the Jonas Club Management software suite. As the first point of contact, you will deliver professional, empathetic assistance to users across phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through system usage and resolve application‑related questions.
- Provide timely, accurate support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure consistent service quality.
- Participate in structured virtual training and ongoing coaching.
