Production Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Production Support Engineer to ensure the stability and reliability of our critical digital services. The successful candidate will monitor application health, manage incidents, and support deployments in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor application health, batch processes and production environments using Grafana, Kibana and related observability tools.
• Investigate incidents, perform log analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support production deployments, conduct change reviews and carry out post‑release validation.
• Perform operational support activities, including manual interventions and recovery actions when required.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to maintain production stability.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for critical production support.

Required profile

• Strong SQL skills with experience troubleshooting data and application issues.
• Hands‑on experience with Kibana for log analysis and Grafana for monitoring and dashboarding.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes (pods, services, logs, container health monitoring with kubectl).
• Understanding of Java and/or JavaScript for code review and issue investigation.
• Good Linux administration and command‑line troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
