Technical Project Manager

About the role

SiliconNexus is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead international software development projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, act as the primary client liaison, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and facilitate collaboration among development, design, and QA teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprints, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Control project scope, timelines, and budgets to meet agreed deliverables.
• Conduct quality reviews, testing, and stakeholder validation.
• Provide transparent progress updates and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing software development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or equivalent.

Required skills

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies and integration practices.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
