Project Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale Data Center projects for enterprise and government clients. The role involves end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives across multinational environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Data Center projects, from scope definition to post‑implementation review.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee deployment, migration, implementation and operational support of Data Center infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, security and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, provide regular status updates and handle escalations.
• Drive project documentation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 16+ years of experience in software engineering or related domains.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing Data Center projects and operations.
• Proven experience with multinational companies, government organizations and large enterprises.
• Experience handling projects valued at $50M+ is preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
